Welcome to BPBox (hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "the Platform"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") establishes the rights and obligations between you (the "User") and the Platform when using BPBox services.

Before commencing use of this Application, we kindly request that you thoroughly read and comprehend the terms of this Agreement. By selecting "Accept" or utilizing our services, you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained within this Agreement.

1. Service Description

BPBox is a sophisticated video platform featuring user-generated content (UGC). Users can engage in various activities including uploading, viewing, commenting, saving, and sharing videos, as well as participating in community interactions and activities.

The application intelligently adapts its language and content recommendations based on the user's geographical location to ensure both regulatory compliance and an enhanced user experience.

2. Registration and Account Management

• To access our services, registration is required with accurate, truthful, and complete information.
• You bear responsibility for maintaining the security of your login credentials. All activities conducted through your account will be attributed to you.

3. User Conduct Guidelines

You agree to refrain from the following actions:

• Publishing content that is illegal, violent, sexually explicit, infringing, false, harassing, or discriminatory

• Engaging in unauthorized advertising, fraudulent activities, or illegal commercial operations
• Compromising system security or performing malicious operations
• Utilizing unauthorized automated methods such as bots or crawlers
• Any conduct that violates applicable laws or public order

We maintain the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and pursue legal action when necessary.

4. Content Rights and License

• You retain ownership of your content's copyright while granting us a worldwide, royalty-free license for platform usage.
• You warrant having full rights to any published content and accept all legal responsibility for unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights pertaining to the interface, software, algorithms, and trademarks of BPBox are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy Policy

Personal data processing adheres to the BPBox Privacy Policy, encompassing:

• Account information (username, email)
• Device data and user behavior
• Information obtained through social network integration

7. Payment Services and Subscriptions

• Premium services include VIP membership, ad-free experience, and exclusive content access.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are not handled directly by us.
• Subscription management is available through iOS account settings.

8. Service Interruptions and Disclaimer

• Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We assume no responsibility for resulting losses.
• User-generated content does not represent our views or imply endorsement.
• Violation of this Agreement may result in legal consequences.

9. Agreement Modifications
